Rhudy's US Military Jewelry.com will happily exchange or refund any unworn and undamaged item in accordance with the restrictions outlined in this section.

All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and be returned to Rhudy's US Military Jewelry.com within 30 days of receipt of the original purchase.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted. The items being returned must be shipped back and fully insured through the UPS, FedEX or U.S. Post Office, registered/insured at the customer’s expense.

All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. Customers will receive a refund for the full amount of the items excluding the original shipping expenses. Credit card purchases will be electronically credited from Rhudy's US Military Jewelry.com to your account within 5 days of return receipt.

Other payments or refunds by Rhudy's US Military Jewelry.com will be issued by corporate check within 5 business days. Exchanges will be processed similar to returns. Any balance owed will be refunded within 5 business days.

Items that are special order or that have been altered may not be returned or exchanged.
